Mid Term Week 6

You still have time to get missing assignments completed.

Last Tuesday, I didn't put this one on my blog, but I did have it up in class. Now here it is for your reference:

• Read pages 230-234 (Drugs and the Brain) as a class and make graphic organizer
• Blog Post : Textbook Drugs and the Brain p. 234 #1-10

We will have a Mid-Term Exam on Friday, you will also have a sub that day. (Mr. Toriello again)

It will be a short exam, 20 questions or so, covering the main topics we have discussed in class

• Mental Health
• Communication
• Self-Esteem
• Suicide Prevention
• Alcohol
• Drugs
• System Drawings- The Nervous System, The Circulatory System, and The Digestive System.

Please type the vocabulary words and definitions from pages 284-308 (yellow highlighted words) in a Blog post titled "Illegal Drugs Vocabulary" these are the words:

Please spend the remaining class time working on missing assignments, and/or practicing drawing and explaining the 3 systems referenced above.
