Data Tracking

This is quite a big project, in that it requires a lot of diligence on your part in order to be accurate. It is best not to rely on large chunks of time “working on these things“. This project can actually give you very good insight as to your attitude behavior, and choices, if you are mindful of accurate data collection.

Anytime we begin analyzing data, if we are honest with ourselves, we will start to see flaws in our thinking. And I feel that’s the crux of this entire project. Becoming a better thinker is the goal.

The temptation to “just get it done“ or to not take it seriously, is a shortsighted view, and I would challenge you to take it as seriously as possible to see if you could make some real improvements to your life.

Take 15 minutes and do the following:
  1. Upload Monday’s Food Tracking to your Google Spreadsheet (or doc) and submit it to the Google Classroom assignment.
  2. In your brain book, describe what is easy or difficult parentheses or both and parentheses about the goal tracking project.
  3. In your brain book brainstorm a few ways that you might be able to make it a little easier to track your data.
  4. Analyze the clarity of your goals are they well written in that they are only trying to track one thing that is easy to count?

Quizlet Activities: See Quizlet Classroom and work on the learning activities for 10 minutes.
